Refund Policy

  1. Wizklub Learning Pvt Ltd shall provide refunds in the manner set forth in this refund policy, only for products and services that are sold for INR 1000 or above (after deducting any discount, promo, bank offers, transaction charges, Payment Gateway charges, etc..,).

  2. All Wizklub Learning products and services that are sold for less than INR 999 or below (after deducting any discount, promo, bank offers, transaction charges, Payment Gateway charges, etc..,) are non-refundable.

  3. For users who have purchased the Wizklub Learning Products sold for INR 4999 and below, Wizklub shall provide refund of the amount paid (after deducting any discount, promo, bank offers, transaction charges, Payment Gateway charges, etc..,), if the refund request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of first class or 21 calendar days from the date of payment (Whichever is earlier). No refund shall be provided after completion of the said period. The services provided under the Wizklub Learning shall be terminated immediately upon receipt of the refund request.

  4. For users who have purchased the Wizklub Learning products sold for INR 5000 and above, Wizklub shall provide refund of the amount paid (after deducting any discount, promo, bank offers, transaction charges, Payment Gateway charges, etc..,), if the refund request is made within 15 calendar days from the date of first class or 28 calendar days from the date of payment (Whichever is earlier). No refund shall be provided after completion of the said period. The services provided under the Wizklub Learning shall be terminated immediately upon receipt of the refund request.

  5. In order to be eligible for the refund, all requests for refund under the Wizklub Learning Programs has to be shared by email to support@wizklub.com from the user’s registered email ID mentioning the registered details within the refund time period set forth above. Wizklub shall not entertain refund requests made after the said time period, or if the refund request is made using any other mode of communication.

  6. Eligible refunds shall be initiated within 10 - 15 working days of receiving the refund request as set forth above.

  7. Eligible refunds shall be provided in the same payment mode used to make the purchase, e.g., if the user has made the purchase using credit card, the refund will be initiated towards the credit card directly.

  8. Refunds will be on the settled amount to Wizklub (after deducting any discount, promo, bank offers, transaction charges, Payment Gateway charges, etc..,. Ex: If the payment value is Rs.5000/- and after deduction of transactional and payment gateway charges if the settled amount to Wizklub is Rs.4875/- then the eligible refund amount will be Rs.4875/- as set forth above).

  9. Wizklub shall not be liable for any delay in crediting of the refund amount to the user’s source account. Users are advised to directly contact the bank, wallet or card provider etc. for any concern in this regard.

  10. For users who have purchased the products or services using EMI, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) or any other payment offers or options offered by a third party, user shall be solely liable for any applicable charges, EMI’s, penalty or interest levied by such third party as agreed between the user and such third party, including cancellation of the products and services, and as per the relevant third party rules and regulations as applicable. Wizklub shall have no liability in this regard.

  11. Payment deducted by such third parties are Non-refundable by Wizklub Learning Pvt Ltd.

  12. Referral Sales are Non-refundable.
